The Alps within the Ocean of Extractivism

Published in the latest issue of Die Alpenkonvention (No. 113), the article explores the Alps as a landscape shaped by extraction, infrastructure, and climate transformation. Developed in the context of the Architecture Biennale 2025 project Instabilities – The Shifting Alpine Landscape, the contribution invites readers to rethink the Alps beyond romanticized narratives and toward new perspectives of care, coexistence, and spatial responsibility.
