We are pleased to announce that The Shifting Alpine Landscape — a collaborative research project involving members of the Ge-Search Lab — will be exhibited at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025 in the Arsenale.

The project is a cartographic investigation into the Alpine region, challenging dominant imaginaries of the Alps as static or pristine. By tracing extraction, resource pressures, and anthropic forces, the work reveals the Alps as dynamic, exploited, and continuously reshaped territories. It calls for new critical lenses, representations, and spatial reflections to understand these rapidly transforming mountain landscapes.
